Match commentator "Dulcet" Thor's comment at the final whistle.
Full time whistle is blown. Orient win 3-0 with a very well deserved win. Player of the match for me goes to two players actually. The keeper Lottie Behan who made wonderful saves and played so well on what I understand is her debut. Also to Sion Kamiende who was superb and a threat the whole game.
Match photo/video guy, Larry Peterson's comment at the final whistle.
Lottie Behan the player of the match, closely followed by Sion Kamiende, Riley Whale & Liliana Almeida
90 +1 mins
Lottie Behan is at it again, she is well out again to save at the feet of the right winger. I think she deserves the last word.
90 mins
Some Welling fans are moaning at the Orient linesman. I think the saying they should have gone to specsavers is pertinent here! The lino's have been spot on from both aides to be fair. One min of added ime to pay
88 mins
Liliana Almeida gets a shot away, the keeper saves.
87 mins
Maria White and Erin Bright replace Layla Crouch Salmon and Grace Collins Edwards
85 mins
Liliana Almeida drives down the pitch and passes to Sion Kamiende who passes to Jessica Parr who gets into the box but is dispossessed
82 mins
Leanne Bates is replaced by Shelbie Welch.
80 mins
This half it would be fair to say that Welling are edging it. However, the resilience and defending is reply good. Any opportunities are long shots so the defence is holding up well ably assisted by the midfield... With that Grace Collins Edwards hits an screamer which the Welling keeper at full stretch puts it over the bar for a corner. Then
Welling break through, once again are being forced to shoot from 30 yards. It's goes past the post with the O's keeper Behan easily covering it if it's on target.
79 mins
A Welling play goes down injured with no one near her. The Orient players go and get some instructions from the coaching team. Hopefully, they are being told to slow it down, put your foot on it and wrestle back control, have some composure on the ball. It's our game to win.
78 mins
Fresh legs... Jessica Parr replaces Jordan Feldman
75 mins
A Welling corner is headed away by Riley Whale as one of the crowd shouts out her name! (that's how you learn them Thor... Ed)
72 mins
A through ball by welling has Orient keeper Behan racing out who smashes it down field. Good goalkeeping again.
70 mins
Lottie Behan is "having a blinder" on her debut. What a find!
70 mins
A Welling free kick from 35 yards out is well saved by Lottie Behan. Wind assisted. A follow up shot from 40 yards is pushed around the post for a corner. Nothing comes from that.
66 mins
Welling are having more opportunities, and it's going to take someone to get control back and slow it down. We don't need to be at 100mph. In saying that, they don't look like scoring as all shots are from distance and zero chances being created in our box.
66 mins
Another save made by the Orient keeper Lottie Behan. On the follow up she is bravely out and wins the ball with her hand pushing it away on the right hand side of her box. Good brave keeping.
65 mins
Welling have another shot which is easily saved by Lottie Behan.
64 mins
No 4. Riley Whale plays the ball down the line to Sion Kamiende who is really terrorising the defence as she powers away looking to pass to Bates inside but it was intercepted. We have goals in us that's for sure.
61 mins
Welling hit the post with a left footed shot on the right hand side. It finally goes out for a corner. The power of the wind takes the corner out for a throw on the far side!
61 mins
Welling hit the post with a left footed shot on the right hand side. It finally goes out for a corner. The power of the wind takes the corner out for a throw on the far side!
60 mins
The wind is picking up again as we play into it this half. An over hit pass goes out for a goal kick to Orient.
58 mins
The game is opening up now. We really need to put our foot on the ball get it back under our control. We don't need to chase it.
56 mins
Welling hit a high shot, it is safely cleared by the defenders.
55 mins
Welling get a shot off which is saved and held on the second attempt. Good shot and a good save.
51 mins
Leanne Bates gets a good shot away but the keeper is equal to it.
48 mins
Again Sion Kamiende leaves the defence for dead after a through ball by Liliana Almeida. I think she was running so fast to catch the ball, just as she is ready to finish it she loses her balance. Unlucky play. Sion is causing the Welling defence no end of problems with both her pace and power

It's half time and Orient are well on top and deserve to be. All the positive football is being played by the O's ladies. Some really good possession football has been witnessed. No 6 Shona Chitate Samuriwo is very vocal and has impressed with her talking and direction from the centre of midfield. Up from No.9 Leanne Bates does not stop running and is a real handful. No.11 Sion Kamiende is a powerhouse of pace which Welling have no answer for and in the 2nd half we should look to exploit further. A very good half with a well deserved lead.
45 + 3 mins
Free kick to Orient on the half way line. Just falls short with the wind having a hand in proceedings there! Welling are rattled as a break in play sees the defence arguing with their midfield players. Are heads about to drop?
44 mins
Orient once again looking for that through ball, this time from number 10 Jordan Feldman who just over hits it, good play again. This is followed by an Orient throw in the final third, Grace Alexander to take. Orient keep possession with several good passes and the ball finally runs through to the keeper. Again its positive play.
41 mins
A lovely 1-2 with Shona Chitate Samuriwo and Jordan Feldman who then puts Sion Kamiende the chase who just fails to keep it in play.
40 mins
The Orient back line are very comfortable on the ball and look to play on the front foot all the time. They have settled very well into the game and are on top of the Welling attack.
36 mins
A pass back from defence takes a bobble and the Lottie Behan misses it and it just goes wide of our post.
The resulting corner is caught superbly by Lottie.
29 mins
First corner of the game is to Welling. Good corner is cleared and Orient are on the attack and number Sion Kamiende just puts it past the far post. From defence to attack in seconds. Good positive play.
27 mins
Welling win the ball back in their own half and a four pass move comes to nothing as the ball leaves the field of play.
25 mins
A high ball into the Orient box is dealt with confidently by debut Keeper Lottie Behan. Larry described it as "a great save". Bravo Lottie.
24 mins
Shona Chitate Samuriwo is having a positive influence on the game. Very vocal and giving clear instructions to those around her. Like to see and hear it, she's a leader that's for sure.
22 mins
Orient remain on top. With play continuing in the Welling half.
21 mins
Offside just outside our box. It's good to see the play moving confidently across the back line and out to the winger.
15 mins
A lovely 9 pass move from the half way line to the edge of the box brings about a foul on Leanne. Direct free kick - The keeper saves Shona's effort!
12 mins
It's a Welling throw, so far its been a good game with Orient on top and playing well.
08 mins
Welling break down their left hand side, Alexander wants to see it out for a corner and the winger whips in a cross, which their forwards connects on the volley and the Orient keeper makes a good save and then follows up to gather. Good play all round.
04 mins
Grace Alexander plays a ball over the top of the Qelling central defenders and no 9 is through on goal goes round the keeper however before she can shoot into an empty goal a covering tackle is made.
01 mins
No 7 Liliana Almeida takes a blow in the first min, thankfully gets back up OK
00 mins
And we're off here at Welling. The home side kick off. Os are playing in the grey kit.
1.55pm
5 mins to go before a much weakened Orient squad take on Welling, Thor reports from pitchside.... The players have gone into the changing rooms, taking on last-minute instructions no doubt as they ready for the challenge ahead.
I spoke to the referee and how much the pitches here have improved. Usually, they have not been good, waterlogged frequently. A sterling job has been undertaken by Welling to their credit since they took over this ground a few short years ago.
1.50pm
Today is a day for keeping the ball on the floor. Thankfully, the rain has subsided, but the windy conditions prevail. The wind is blowing straight across the pitch. Any diagonal passes one way will be good, whilst the other the wind will grab it.
Nice to see two zones setup in the warm up, which creates overloads in both areas to the advantage of one team in the attacking zone and a disadvantage as they cross zones making them outnumbered by the defensive team. Nice movement off the ball, left and right, back and forwards as the team with the advantage dominates the play.
1.42pm
Our guest man-at-the-match "Dulcet" Thor reports "I spoke to the Welling goalkeeper coach and he said it should be a really good game"
1.40pm
Pre-match comments here:...
Warm up is well underway, led by Olivia Worsfold giving out encouragement and instructions.
1.30pm
Team line-up now confirmed (see below). The team sees the return of Leanne Bates and Erin Bright. Lottie Behan steps up from the under 18s to take gloves in place of Delainy Savill and Hannah Stone who are both missing, probably injury protocols after heavy collisions in recent games. Stephanie McCaffrey is not available neither is Thara Said so the strike force is depleted. No sign of Layla May Duffield, Tayla Gencarelli nor Courtney Miller - that's the back line decimated!

Having checked Welling's team sheet from their game last week, we notice that top scorer Kimberley Dixson did not play. We don't have access to Welling's team sheet but maybe Kimberley will not be available for them today. That can only be good news for us - unless Welling have recruited an even more impressive goal-getter?

Pre-Match build up here:...
Today's game is the first round of the London Capital Cup, a knock-out competition for all teams in and around Greater London. There are three layers to it, the "senior level" is for teams playing at Tiers 4 & 5, the "intermediate level" is for teams at Levels 6 & 7 (that's us), there is another competition for teams below that.
Today's opponents, Welling Utd, play in the South Eastern Regional League which is at Tier 6 (one above us) so we're expecting a very tough team to face us - much like Hutton who knocked us out of the FA Cup last Sunday by beating us 3:1. However, we have a good history of taking down Tier 6 teams so expect a very close battle.
We notice that Lottie Behan has now been registered with the FA as a first team player, congratulations to Lottie who is making the step up from the Under 18s squad.
